Submit 10,000 words or fewer by email or snail mail: only one submission per person.

I seem to recall finding this one a while ago and planning to submit. Unfortunately, the Great Firewall of China no longer allows access to the site. Would you be kind enough to send me the information from their page? I do think I probably have a few stories to write for them.
